A program designed for homeowners who previously owned a home, but lost it in this current economic market

This is a lease option program designed to help qualified families get back into a new home of their choice.

To qualify you must be able to demonstrate that you once had good credit before experiencing a difficult economic time for reasons beyond your control.

You would be required to submit an application for the program.  Once approved
you select a home meeting our investors requirements  that is available in the Reno, Lake Tahoe area.  You can work with your own agent or you can work with one of our affiliated real estate agents.    Our affiiliated investor group will buy the home for you, and you will execute a 5 year lease option agreement and take occupancy upon our closing on the property.
